Ordering a Cake
Ordering A Cake From The Gallery
To order a cake, please send an email to natashascakes@yahoo.com, and include your first and last name, phone number, the cake that you want, whether you would like frosting or fondant, the type of cake you would like, and the date that you would like the cake.
Please note: I will not accept cake orders less than two weeks in advance, and my acceptance of the order relies upon the number of orders that I have at that time.
Ordering A Custom Cake
To order a custom cake, please send an email to natashascakes@yahoo.com, and include your first and last name, phone number, and description of the cake you would like (colors, number of tiers, type of cake, frosting or Fondant, occasion for cake, etc). Upon recieving your description, I will contact you ASAP to confirm what you would like your cake to look like, draw up a design and send it to you for approval.
Please note: I will not accept custom cake orders less than three weeks in advance, and my acceptance of the order relies upon the number of orders that I have at that time. If your approval of the cake design I send you is not sent to me within two days of you recieving it, I will not accept the order.
Payment And Pricing
Once I have accepted an order, I will send you written confirmation in an email, along with the due date of the payment. If the payment is not recieved by the due date, I will notify you by email that I will not be able to make the cake for you.
Prices of cakes vary according to size, number of tiers, fondant vs. frosting etc, and will be included in the confirmation of acceptance email.
Changes To Your Cake Design
I begin making the cake 3-4 days before the date you request it. If you would like to make changes to the design of the cake, please make sure to notify me of the changes at least 7 days before the date you requested the cake to be ready.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 7 days before the date you requested for the cake to be ready in order to recieve a full refund. If you make a cancellation less than a week before the date of your cake, I will unfortunately not be able to refund your money.
